As a songwriter I have always had the need of a quick and easy device for capturing ideas as they occur. Years ago it was the classic Sony cassette recorder. Since then, however, nothing in the digital world has come close to my needs, that is until I tried the Zoom H2. It is perfect, not for just song-writing but for gigs and rehearsals as well.
