Dec 20,2004 <MRS-1608> Important notice about UIB-02 Installation The UIB-02 is a USB interface board (option) designed for data exchange between a ZOOM MRS series device and a computer. In the documentation for UIB-02 products that were shipped before introduction of the MRS-1608, the instructions are to insert the board into the slot of the MRS device with the component side (containing IC chips and similar) facing DOWN. However,when using the UIB-02 in the MRS-1608, the board must be inserted into the slot of the MRS-1608 with the component side facing UP.
