Expression pedal operates also as an on/off switch for assigned effect by stepping on. Please step on ahead more strong. Refer to "Calibrating the expression pedal"(p.16) of the operation manual.

Yes. When you step on foot switch [1]/[2] at once, bank gets back to previous one. When you step on foot switch[3]/[4] at once, bank moves to next one. You can access to all patches with only foot switch operation.(Hands-Free)

The Energize function works also in the bypass condition. Please set the "Energize" to "oF".

When high-power guitar with active pickup is used, unwanted distortion may occur depending on DRIVE module effect type, because of signal saturation. Please adjust the level of each effect module or gain parameter reasonably.

All drive effects such as overdrive, distortion, fuzz are produced by amplifying input signal. (not only ZOOM products) Therefore, a very little noise in guitar signal which comes from guitar pickup or guitar cable will be amplified together. To minimize noise level, please adjust ZNR parameter properly.

No. When the expression pedal is fully raised, the volume will be zero.

No, this is not possible. The master level and Energizer settings apply to all patches and cannot be stored. When you turn the unit off and on again, the master level will be reset to 25 and the Energizer setting will be OFF. Change the settings each time as required.
